Представители отрасли ИКТ обсудили Дорожную карту в рамках изъятий из национального режима

On June 7 this year, in order to implement the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 20, 2022 No. 322 "On the establishment of exemption from the national regime", the Ministry of Digital Development of Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a meeting with the business community to discuss the implementation of the Roadmap of this resolution.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", members of the IT Prom Association, JSC "Kirov Plant", LLP "PC4U", as well as other relevant industry associations.

The meeting discussed the composition of the Working Group and other detailed issues of the Roadmap.

In particular, the issues of the procedure for issuing the industrial certificate and the CT-KZ certificate, updating the fixed assets of central and local executive state bodies, as well as issues of public procurement through the electronic portal were raised.

Following the meeting, it was decided to intensify the activities of the Working Group, finalize the draft Roadmap taking into account new proposals from the business community, as well as initiate a draft agreement between government agencies and manufacturers of ICT equipment by analogy with other products of the domestic manufacturing industry.
